Get New Operators Ready to Start in Your Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Environment
This course is a condensed two-day programme aimed at new operators in your organisation.
It provides a basic understanding of GMP requirements and the requirements that apply to working in pharmaceutical manufacturing. At the same time, employees gain a shared foundation for their further training within the organisation.

About the course

Read about the benefits of a company course

GMP stands for Good Manufacturing Practice and is a set of EU regulations that ensures medicinal products manufactured in the EU are safe for patients to use.

Employees gain a basic understanding of applicable GMP requirements and insight into how companies apply these requirements in practice to ensure consistent and high product quality.

During the course, we introduce the requirements in a way that makes them easy to understand and directly applicable to everyday manufacturing.

The course focuses on how employees contribute to good production hygiene, the correct handling of raw materials and packaging materials, and accurate and timely documentation.

The training can be based on the company’s own procedures, workflows and manufacturing environment, making it easier for employees to apply what they have learned in practice.

The instructor has experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and understands the requirements and working environment of production. This creates a strong connection between theory and practice.

After the course, employees will have a basic understanding of the importance of GMP and insight into the mindset required to work in a GMP-regulated organisation.

They will therefore be better equipped to contribute to the manufacture of safe, high-quality medicinal products and to their continued training and daily work in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

This provides a shared foundation for appropriate behaviour, GMP understanding and compliance with requirements from the very first day in production.

Target group

The course is designed for new operators working in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.

It is intended for companies that want new operators to return to production quickly and therefore prefer a condensed two-day training programme.
