Pharmakon Life Science

Courses for operators

Learn what you need to know in practice

What will you learn as an operator with us?

In our operator courses, you'll learn, for example:

  • What GMP actually means—and what it requires of you on a day-to-day basis.
  • how to document things correctly and in a way that's easy to read.
  • How to spot errors—and what to do if something goes wrong.
  • why cleaning, dressing, and monitoring are so important.
  • what the authorities look for during an inspection.

The instruction is hands-on, varied, and tailored to your real-world production environment. It includes various exercises, games, quizzes, and dialogues.

Why are these requirements important?

As a new operator, you need to understand what it means to work in accordance with GMP regulations and what a good GMP mindset entails.

If you work in the manufacture of sterile pharmaceuticals, there are specific requirements that you must be familiar with and follow.

Our focus is on giving you a solid introduction to the most important concepts and rules—while also explaining why they are important in everyday life.

The goal is for you to understand what compliance (adherence to the rules) means in practice and why it is crucial when you work in the life sciences.

It boosts your motivation and prepares you to receive on-site training afterward.

Why choose Pharmakon?

We know the industry and the types of tasks you typically handle because we have worked in the life sciences ourselves and still maintain close contact with professionals in the industry.

We also have many years of experience teaching and explaining the rules in a variety of ways.

In addition to their professional backgrounds, the instructors have also completed continuing education in pedagogy.

You will therefore receive a thorough overview that is both concrete and practical, making it easier for you to continue working in your current job.

If you're interested in applying for jobs in the life sciences industry, our courses will give you a solid foundation for your job search.
