Our team

Meet the team at Pharmakon Life Science and our external specialists

Who are we?

We are a strong and skilled team that organizes our many courses and activities—you’ll meet some of us during the courses, while others work behind the scenes to ensure the best possible course experience.

Here you can read a bit about our backgrounds. All of Pharmakon's educational consultants have completed a pedagogical training program as part of their employment.

Helle Bøg

Helle has many years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on GMP, sterile manufacturing, and quality assurance. She has worked in both manufacturing and QA and has a strong, practical understanding of requirements and day-to-day practices in regulated environments.
She has experience with the startup of sterile facilities, process validation and optimization, as well as training in aseptic practices. At Pharmakon, she helps ensure the availability of relevant courses for the life sciences and teaches courses herself, focusing on clear structure, high professional standards, and concrete case studies.

Louise Schou Petersen

Louise has several years of experience in aseptic production—ranging from QA work related to the environment, procedures, and batch reviews to operations and validation in production (including EM, cleaning, and APS). She is experienced in working with SOPs, nonconformities, CAPA, and change requests, and has participated in internal, customer, and regulatory inspections.
At Pharmakon, she helps develop and deliver training courses that strengthen compliance and best practices, and she teaches with a clear, dialogue-based approach, using real-world examples.

Julie Dersch

Julie has several years of experience in the life sciences sector, in both QC and QA. She has worked extensively with GMP—including nonconformities, root cause analyses, SOPs, qualification/validation, and project management—with a focus on harmonizing processes and establishing effective digital workflows.
Julie has extensive experience in communication gained through training, mentoring, and teaching at the University of Copenhagen.
At Pharmakon, she helps ensure that courses offered to the industry are up-to-date, and she teaches with professional precision and practical methods.

Tine Gjerding Dahlberg

Tine has many years of experience in the global life sciences industry. She has worked across the pharmaceutical value chain—from clinical research and life cycle management to communication and collaboration with users and stakeholders—and has a strong ability to translate complex theory into practical solutions.
At Pharmakon, Tine helps develop courses that meet the industry’s needs and GxP requirements, and she teaches with a focus on providing a broad overview, practical applicability, and learning that can be directly applied in everyday work.

Mette Rotne

With a strong network in the industry and a focus on trends and emerging areas of interest, she ensures that the course portfolio remains relevant, up-to-date, and tailored to companies’ skills needs.
She works closely with the instructors on course content and teaching methods and helps ensure a high, consistent standard of instruction.
Mette is always open to discussing new course ideas and places great importance on ensuring that the courses create real value for clients.

Andreas is responsible for courses taught by external instructors. He oversees each course from creation to evaluation and ensures that planning and execution run smoothly—from coordinating with the instructors to the day-to-day operations.
With a focus on structure and service, he ensures that instructors and participants have a professional experience, so they can focus on the subject matter.
Andreas is always available by phone to answer questions and help you find the right course.

Elizabeth Ruelykke

Elizabeth is responsible for AMU courses, corporate training, and specialized courses taught by in-house instructors. She has in-depth knowledge of AMU regulations and ensures that companies and course participants receive accurate guidance and the appropriate subsidies.

In addition, she is happy to assist with questions about courses and AMU.

Eva Madsen

Eva develops e-learning in close collaboration with the educational consultants. She transforms academic content into engaging, easy-to-understand digital learning courses that support practical application and learning in a busy workday.
